Patrick Hoffmann
Patrick R. Hoffmann graduated in law at Osnabrück University in 2017 (first legal state exam [Erstes Juristisches Staatsaexamen]). He is a research assistant at the chair of Professor Dr. Oliver Dörr (LL.M.) at the European Legal Studies Institute at Osnabrück University. Additionally he is writing his doctoral thesis in the area of nationality and public international law, in particular about "Limitations on the conferment of nationality set by public international law and law of the European Union".
